Description
Bethany for Children & Families seeks a Mobile Dental Clinic Coordinator to manage daily operations of its community-based dental outreach program. This role oversees scheduling, logistics, and patient flow for the mobile clinic, ensuring children and families receive timely, compassionate care. The coordinator serves as a key liaison with schools, community partners, and internal programs, supports documentation and reporting, maintains supplies and equipment readiness, and upholds safety and compliance standards, contributing to Bethany’s mission of promoting health, stability, and well-being across the Quad Cities region.Coordinate daily operations and logistics of the mobile dental clinic
Schedule patient appointments and manage clinic calendar
Serve as primary contact for patients, families, and community partners
Support dental providers with patient intake, records, and documentation
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards
Maintain inventory of supplies and oversee equipment readiness
Collect and track program data and outcomes for reporting
Collaborate with agency programs to reach at-risk children and families
Clinic operations coordination
Medical/dental scheduling systems
Patient intake and documentation
Healthcare compliance and safety standards
Data tracking and reporting
Inventory and supply management
Community outreach and partnership building
Electronic health records familiarity
Customer service in healthcare settings
Basic knowledge of dental/medical terminology
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or experience in dental settings a plus
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Training in HIPAA and healthcare privacy regulations preferred
