Key Responsibilities

• Foster a professional and collaborative working environment by promoting teamwork that prioritizes quality care and patient safety.
• Team up with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify and implement clinical improvement opportunities that enhance treatment delivery.
• Develop and maintain supportive relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through regular communication and engagement.
• Utilize clinical systems proficiently to ensure accurate and efficient documentation, optimal billing codes, and thorough follow-through on patient care orders.
• Stay compliant with state practice acts and relevant regulations to uphold the highest standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will involve working with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and neurological conditions. Our emphasis on individualized care allows you to design and implement personalized rehabilitation plans that cater to each client's unique needs, ultimately aiming for improved mobility, functional independence, and overall health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on building rapport with patients and their families.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills, focused on driving patient-centered outcomes.
• A genuine passion for enhancing quality of life and improving patient outcomes through effective rehabilitation strategies.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in a rehabilitation facility or similar clinical setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and coding practices is beneficial.
• Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
