Company Overview

Established in June 2001, Phoenix Games Studio Sdn. Bhd. ("Phoenix") is one of the pioneering game development companies in Malaysia. The company has since grown from a small start-up to a professionally managed game production house that provides end to end game development services. We develop games and entertainment content across multiple platforms; PC, console (Xbox) and mobile.

Phoenix is dedicated to create fun and wholesome interactive entertainment for all ages. Staffed by a team of multi-skilled young games enthusiasts, we strive towards excellence in developing games that have their unique appeal with innovative game play that players across the spectrum will enjoy.

Fung Wan Online (also known as Storm Riders Online) is a martial arts 3D Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game developed by our company using our in-house developed Phoenix Game Engine and game development tools. Work on subsequent expansion releases for the game is currently in progress.

Fung Wan Online is being operated commercially since 2004 in Malaysia, Singapore by Teck Wah Online and recently released in United States and Europe by Orchid Media International.
