We are looking for a Technical Product Manager - Gaming to own and drive all technical initiatives related to the Gaming vertical.
This role is focused on leading the dedicated Gaming tech squad, acting as the TPM for Gaming products, and ensuring seamless delivery of integrations and platform capabilities required for gaming partners and voucher providers.
You will operate across product, engineering, and partner integrations, ensuring fast, scalable, and high-quality delivery.
You will be expected to actively leverage modern AI tools (e.g., Amazon Q, Claude, data copilots, and AI analytics platforms) to accelerate product discovery, optimize decision-making, and automate product workflows, enabling faster and smarter delivery.
Requirements • Own Gaming Integrations & Delivery: Lead end-to-end integrations with gaming partners and voucher providers, ensuring scalable, reliable, and efficient onboarding. • Define Technical Requirements: Translate Gaming business and partner needs into clear requirements, APIs, and actionable user stories. • Act as Technical Point of Contact: Own technical scoping, solution design, and feasibility for all Gaming-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with existing platform capabilities. • Lead Gaming Squad Execution: Drive backlog management with the Product Manager, sprint planning, and day-to-day execution for the dedicated Gaming squad (Scrum Master / Tech Lead mindset). • Engage with Partners (Act as a TAM): Act as the technical interface with external partners when needed, supporting onboarding, issue resolution, and ongoing integration alignment. • Coordinate Cross-Functional Delivery: Work closely with Engineering, Payments, Platform, and Business teams to ensure smooth and aligned delivery. • Ensure Quality & Scalability: Oversee implementation quality, ensuring robust, low-defect, and scalable solutions across markets. • Support Testing and Validiation
Participate in UAT and validation to ensure readiness for launch and smooth partner integrations.
Core Expertise
5+ years experience as a Technical Product Owner / Product Manager / TPM
Strong experience with APIs, integrations, and system design
Experience working in Agile squads and leading delivery
Ability to bridge business, tech, and partner requirements
Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external partners
Gaming Domain Focus:
Strong understanding of gaming ecosystems, partners, and user journeys (e.g., purchases, vouchers, engagement flows). • Integrations & Partner Mindset: Experience working closely with external partners, handling technical discussions, and driving smooth onboarding. • Execution & Delivery Focus: Ability to move fast, unblock teams, and deliver high-impact features in a dedicated squad setup. • Platform-Aware Thinking: Builds solutions that align with existing systems and can scale, avoiding unnecessary duplication.
Hands-On & Practical Approach: Comfortable working closely with engineers, diving into details when needed, and getting things done.
